What is the D of E award?

Devised over fifty years ago, the scheme is designed to develop young people’s skills and self confidence in a testing but controlled environment. The award is largely planned, arranged and developed by the young person and the participants have to be organised and self motivated. By enrolling on the scheme you will certainly have fun but it is also a challenging commitment.
The scheme operates at three different levels, Bronze, Silver and Gold.
